Hello!
We are Lainey and Levi and we appreciate you taking the time to get to know us.
We’ve been together for ten years, and known each other for almost fifteen. We met through Lainey’s cousin, he and Levi are best friends, and hit it off immediately. Levi lived in Virginia and Lainey lived in Nashville, but a friendship blossomed between us. When Levi moved to Nashville in 2015 for college, we were able to explore an actual relationship. We’ve been together ever since. We got married during Covid in 2020, so our ceremony was intimate, but full of love. We bought our house in 2022 and have been turning it into our forever home. Our neighborhood is very diverse and active. People are always walking or biking and having neighborhood events. We are lucky enough to have both Lainey’s family and our chosen family in Nashville who have become our village of support.
Lainey and Levi have been able to find a community that is diverse and welcoming to all. We are committed to ensuring that anyone who steps foot in our home is respected. Acceptance and the freedom to discover who you are is not something we take lightly, and we will make sure your child is loved unconditionally. We go through life with open minds and open hearts, and are going through this process with that as our guidepost. We want to get to know you – who you are and we welcome any level of openness and involvement you are comfortable with.
Lainey works at an advertising agency as a media buyer and Levi is a filmmaker and photographer. We value creativity and expression and bring that into our everyday lives. Levi is always creating through photography, 3D printing, or writing stories for Dungeons & Dragons. Lainey enjoys art in her own way: through crafting, reading, and trying new coffee shops. We love exploring and finding new places to eat, playing mini golf, going to the movies, and
spending time with our friends and family. Our favorite way to spend an evening is watching tv, curled up with our dog, Zora.
We have deep connections to adoption and the adoption community. We know multiple people who have been adopted and Levi works very closely with Tennessee Kids Belong, a nonprofit working with foster children in Tennessee. With these experiences, adoption has always been top of mind for us.
We can’t pretend to know what you’re feeling, but we know you will make the best decision for you and your child. Whether or not that path leads to us, thank you for taking the time to hear our story.
